Individual and Group Training:​ 

  • A comprehensive daily training schedule for any distance from the mile to the marathon, tailored to meet your specific goals, whether it be setting a PR or just staying fit 

  • Regular feedback through email and phone communication
  • Tips on injury-prevention, stretching, strengthening, nutrition, hydration, racing, and what to wear 
  • Help choosing a goal distance and race selection
  • A Bella N Motion sticker and Logo tank top


  • $120 per month for Individual Coaching 
  • $300 for 12 weeks for Individual Coaching
  • Longer training plans available 
  • Includes all of the above, plus one-on-one attention at least once a week and race pacing.​

Bella N Motion is a place for female runners to seek support and encouragement to fulfill their goals, share their experiences, socialize and receive personal training and fitness plans. Running is an experience, live yours!   


DIANNE DEOLIVEIRA is a USATF Level 1 Track & Field Coach and is AHA certified in CPR, AED and First Aid. She ran her first race in 5th grade at Ocean County Park and has been competing ever since at all distances from the 400 meters to the full marathon. She is in the Toms River Athletic Hall of Fame for cross country and track, is a former collegiate runner on the all-time performance list at Middle Tennessee State University, and USATF World and Nationally ranked Masters Runner in the 400, 800, 1500 and mile. Dianne also has won several 5ks at the Jersey Shore, the Brielle 10k, The Navesink Challenge 15k and the Seaside Half Marathon.

CHERYL KEATING ION fell in love with running after joining her high school cross country team and won three state titles for

x-c, the 1600 and 3200, helping earn her a spot in the Athletic Hall of Fame. She continued competing for Rutgers University, winning the Metropolitan Cross Country Championship and the RU Invitational, and was an All-Big East performer. She holds RU's sixth fastest time for the 3000. Cheryl holds a B.S. in Exercise Science and works as a group fitness instructor. She continues to run and volunteers coaching her children's xc and track teams. AHA Certified in CPR, AED and First Aid.
