8 Week program: March 1st , 2018 through April 19th, 2018 leading up to a 5k!
TWICE a week: Sundays at 9:00 am and Thursdays at 6pm: We meet at various locations in Ocean and Monmouth Counties: Brick & Manasquan Reservoirs, Ocean County Park, Lake Carasaljo, Boardwalks, Brielle Park, Holmdel Park, etc...
$90 Registration Fee: Includes coaching, training and racing tips, proper strengthening and exercise techniques, Logo tank top! $65 for returning women!
